How can I return or exchange a product?

You can return or exchange any product within 14 days of receipt, but only if it is unused. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note: You are responsible for the shipping costs for the return shipment.

Step 3:
Once we receive the goods in our warehouse, our staff will inspect them. We will then automatically refund the amount via the bank you used to make the purchase. Depending on your bank, the refund may take a few days. Please understand that the refund may take up to 14 days. If the money has not been credited after this time, please contact our customer service team.

Step 4:
If you would like an exchange or have any issues, please contact our customer service . Please include your order number and the reason for your request.

How will my order be shipped?

We're pleased to announce that shipping within Germany and Austria is completely free for all our customers.
